HOW LONG DOES AN ORDER TAKE?

If a pair of jodhpurs are requested in a popular size and colour and you live in a NZ city or town you should receive them in two days. Rural Delivery takes a little longer. Australian orders are sent by airmail and could take up to two weeks.

If jodhpurs are made especially for you allow 7-10 days for zig zag top stitching and three weeks fo hand picking. Sometimes a backlog of hand picks builds up in spring. To avoid this it is advisable to order hand picks in the winter months.

The long stickie patch starts at the mid calf and runs up the inside leg finishing 1 cm below the crotch

EXCHANGING JODHPURS
Jodhpurs that are an 'off the peg' size may be returned for another size or colour.

MADE TO MEASURE AND CHANGES TO THE PATTERN
If the first pair of jodhpurs sent don't fit we can make a pair especially for you. Both made to measure and changes to the pattern jodhpurs and breechers must be paid for before they are cut out. The changes to the pattern could be either longer or shorter in the legs or waist. For Made to Measure please refer to the Made to Measure page.

STICKIES
The artificial suede colours are beige and black. The pattern sizes are Ladies 10, 12, 14, 16, Childrens sizes are 10, 12, &14. The artificial suede is not sewn on top of the jodhpur fabric. They are cut and sewn as three separate panels.
When mounting in stickies please ensure the jodhpurs are pulled up close to the crotch. The artificial suede does not stretch like the outer fabric

CHILDRENS SIZES
The childrens sizes are true to age. Fourteen childrens size fits between ladies 10 &12. The difference being a shorter zip and lower waist.

FABRIC
The fabric is a high quality Poly/Lycra rib.It is made in N.Z. or Australia and is very stretchy. However the black is not as stretchy as the other colours. The jodhpurs can be warn all day without getting tight behind the knee. The fabric doesn't seat or bag. .

BREECHES
Breeches open and close below the calf with velcro. Breeches are not held in stock , but they can be made for you for an extra $15.

WASHING
Machine wash in either cold or warm water (not hot).

THE LABEL AND INSIDE POCKET- A small inside pocket is sewn into the front right side or the waist band. The label is sewn on to the pocket. It has equeods phone number web and email address and size.

IF YOU ARE NOT HAPPY WITH THE JODHPURS
Please let me know. My phone number is on the label of every pair of jodhpurs. I will do my best to rectify the problem. It is important to me that you are happy with your jodhpurs because that's what gives them a good name.
