HorseWorks IR01 - Natural Fly/Insect Repellant Collar

The Equi7 insect repellent collar contains a blend of natural ingredients which are very effective in protecting the animal against most parasites such as flies, midgets, mosquitoes, gadflies, horseflies, ticks, etc.
The collar is effective for 3 to 5 weeks depending on climatic conditions.

Once the active ingredients are released onto the surface of the collar, it then migrates across the horse through the sebum covering the epidermis. After a few hours the active ingredients dissipate from the collar and the sebum to create a repellent atmosphere that protects the horse and its rider for a long lasting effect.

The collar is effective when the horse is wet or with perspiration.

Prevention against external parasites commonly seen in the horse environment : Blend of vegetal terpenic alcohol and essential oils 15 %
By synergical effect, this active substance has powerfull repulsive properties against most of
horses external parasites : common fly (Stomoxys sp.) Simuliidae (Simulium equinum) Culicodes sp. ticks,
horsefly (Tabanus bovinus), Hippobosca equina, Gasterophilus intestinalis, etc.
This active substance acts by disturbing the insects chemical receivers preventing them from locating their
prey. Insect food quest systems are consequently deeply disturbed and insects go away.
