Exchanges, Returns and Refunds

If for any reason, you wish to return your order, please email shop@thathorse.com in the first instance, detailing your name, date of purchase, product description and reason for return.

If your item is faulty, ThatHorse will meet its obligations according to the Consumer Guarantee Act (1993) and repair, replace or provide a refund for your item.

You are also protected under the terms of the Fair Trading Act (1986) which is designed to protect you from being misled, either intentionally or unintentionally.

Should you have simply changed your mind, ThatHorse will offer you a store credit, valid for 6 months, or exchange your item for another product of similar value or lesser value.

Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges, and items must be in resalable condition, with all packaging intact and all labels and instruction manuals (where applicable) returned with the item.

You are liable for the cost of any return postage, unless your item is being returned as faulty.

Exchanges are not available on CDs, DVDs, software or e-books, except when faulty.
